Choosing the best Session type for your current journey.  We are all unique including our journey and how we interpret and resonate with each experience. Hence each session and each session for the same individual will be different. In choosing, take a moment, and view each section via the lens from your heart, then be guided by your intuition.

1: Reiki Energy Healing.

  Reiki originates from ancient Japanese healing traditions and is recognized as a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing. The word itself comes from “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning vital lifeforce energy.

A Reiki session offers a supportive space to ease anxiety, cultivate inner peace, and experience deep stillness. This practice is often associated with restoring balance by directing healing energy toward areas that feel depleted or no longer serve your wellbeing. In this session, Holistic healing is offered consisting of Chakra Balancing, Energy Flow and Release with a focus on the Spiritual and Mid Wellbeing realms. A reading and assessment of your inner and outer energies that surrounds you is noted with an offering of healing energy to restore your energy back to its very best. At times negative beliefs (energy that does not serve you) from your current journey or past, may dominate your daily thinking and effect your state of Spiritual and Mind Wellbeing. Releasing this negative energy will offer clarity and wisdom and a greater opportunity for you to make decisions that will best serve you in the future. Session notes are given along with Chakra assessment rating.

2: Psychic Medical Medium.

This session ia a Psychic holistic focus on the Physical realm in identifying your current state of physical energy balance. Energy is everywhere within you and around you. It is the ability to read this energy that offers an opportunity to access your current state of wellbeing. From the physical, it can be your body chemistry that is out of balance. The question then is, what are the origins of this imbalance? Is it internal (your energy—Soul, Mind Wellbeing, Physical Chemistry or generic ?) or is it dietary, medication, or other external factors (the energy that surrounds you– other living energies and/or your physical living environment? This session offers an opportunity to seek the origin of the imbalance/s, assessed it then offer guidance and solution to your healing journey. Session notes are given. 3: Frequency Vibration Therapy (FVT) & Light Therapy.

FVT—Frequency Vibration Therapy and Red light therapy added separately, offers non intrusive stimulation for regular cell proliferation process in maintaining tissues, wound healing, and replacing old or damaged cells. These modalities use specific frequencies and wavelengths of light that penetrate the skin and are absorbed by cells, supporting natural biological responses such as increased circulation, reduced inflammation, and enhanced cellular energy.  Noted benefits include improvements in Lymphatic flow, Ligaments and Muscle, Scar tissue, some skin conditions and fat deposits—subcutaneous fat (under the skin).  Although research is ongoing, scientific interest is growing in how frequency energy may interact with the body’s biofield. Historically, these therapies have also been linked with reduced stress, decreased discomfort, and improved sleep quality. 

4: Bowen Therapy 

Bowen therapy is offered to people seeking an alternative to physical pain relief from muscular, ligaments and tendons. Bowen Therapy is a holistic non-intrusive remedial light body pressure point and light massage technique that works to promote nerve pulse flow and tissue repair via the body’s deep connective tissue. When an injury has occurred, our natural human response is to protect the area. This is where Bowen therapy offers a non-intrusive solution allowing the opportunity for remedial light body pressure point massage. 

5: Psychic, Mediumship, Aura and Chakra READING.

This session offers a seated option for an Energy Field Reading for those who wishes an alternative to lay down Energy Healing Session. Energy Card Reading is offered in this session with descriptive notes.

Whether you are seeking wisdom from re-occurring patterns in your life journey, influences by outside energies from the spiritual living or from those who have past on. Influences from hereditary energy lines, trauma, beliefs that do not serve you, biological, physical, dietary, medication and environmental.
