This is what I work with in offering Energy Healing.
From an early age, I remembered I was drawn empathetically to people’s hidden feelings, emotionally and the fact I was aware of it in my own body. It seemed natural to me to place myself in their shoes and deeply feel the reasons or see or feel the events that made them be this way. This often made be confused and anxious as I thought there was something wrong with me. As I got older, I began to understand this was not the norm but felt it was an ability I should be pleased with. However, the anxiety continued through out the years as it felt more than having the ability of an empath.
My experience with spirituality also commenced from a young age as on a nightly basis, I experienced the presence of various spirits. It was mostly visions and sometimes sounds. At the time I didn’t understand what I was experiencing and hence I tried to block this by covering my head under the blankets and praying it would go away. It was difficult to talk to someone about it. It was not until my 40s that I was no longer frightened at night as I understood spirituality and the reasons for the nightly visits.
As I progressed along the journey of connecting to spirit and my guides, I recalled experiencing ongoing pressure and heat sensations in the palm of my hands. and sense of an ability to heal people blocked energies. With my Chemistry and BioChemistry background, the energy relating to cellular to tissue to organ to body chemistry balance, offered an additional meaning and an appreciation to understanding the energy in the physical.
This led me in becoming a Psychic Medical Medium in addition to becoming Reiki Master and Energy Healer Practitioner for REIKI and BOWEN Therapies. My path was clear, flowing, and compelling.
The feeling and the sight of my client’s smile at the end of each session is one of the most rewarding experiences I could ever imagine.

Is anxiety effecting you sleeping?
The effects of some levels of anxiety can offer positive results in the cases when motivation or action is required. However, in most cases of anxiety the result effects us in number of negative ways. For some it is ability to have good night sleep. Reflecting during the night what has happened or may happen or living with a sense of belief(s) that does not serve you may be effecting your sleep. At Restore with Energy Healing we offer tools during the session and to take home to work with in achieving improved night of sleep.
